The Most Enjoyable Part of the Job
Luke’s favourite part of his role as a Sales Specialist is working alongside a strong, supportive team, where everyone collaborates and helps one another to succeed. He also finds great reward in the excitement he sees when handing over a new car to a customer, making each delivery a memorable and fulfilling moment.
A day to Day for Luke
From the moment a customer submits an enquiry through to the final handover, Luke works behind the scenes to ensure every step runs seamlessly. Delivering an exceptional experience is a priority from the very first visit. Another responsibility is that Luke and the team take great care to ensure the forecourt and showroom are always presented to the highest standard, creating a welcoming and professional environment for every customer.
Luke’s Proudest Moment
Using his language skills in his career has always been a key goal for Luke. A standout moment was when he assisted customers from Venezuela who had been struggling at other dealerships due to the language barrier. Luke was able to guide and advise them in Spanish, helping them understand which Volvo model might best suit their needs.
Although the customers ultimately chose not to purchase a Volvo, they were extremely grateful for Luke’s support, as they had been struggling for a while to find exactly what they needed to look for.
Favourite Volvo Model
The Volvo XC60 is Luke’s favourite Volvo model. ‘I think it looks the best out of all our cars and the interior feels luxurious as well as safe.’
If Luke could have any specification of Volvo XC60, it would be the T8 Ultra as this is, in his opinion, the best specification for drive with both electric and petrol options.
